Outsourcing inbound calls provides strong customer service to those calling for reservations and assistance with event information.

In response to the needs of our clients, SRG began providing inbound calling services in January 2018. Through this custom service, we can answer 1-800 numbers for clients in our call center, using their programming. This process creates an extension of their in-house facilities and is beneficial by turning management and staffing tasks over to a reliable partner, SRG.
